- E stands for optimized internal construction for higher load-bearing capacity of the 213, 222 and 223 series: two window cages made of sheet steel, a rimless inner ring and a loose guide ring. Circumferential groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring, d = 65 mm: guide ring centered on the inner ring, d> 65 mm: guide ring centered on the cages.
- The suffix G describes an SKF lubricating grease label.
- The GE series is generally divided into axial and radial spherical plain bearings; these are available as maintenance-free and maintenance-requiring bearings.
