Pin rollers

Journal rollers have outer rings with a crowned outer surface, solid roller journals and ball and cage assemblies with plastic cages. The rollers are available with and without an eccentric. The roller pin has a thread or a threaded hole for easy assembly. A slot, a hexagon socket or a wrench flat on the external thread is used to counteract the assembly. Rollers ZL2 are single row, ZL52, ZLE52 and KR52 double row. Trunnion rollers without eccentric are for applications in which the lateral surface of the outer ring does not have to be adjusted to the raceway of the adjacent construction in a defined manner. Cam rollers ZLE52 have an eccentric. The lateral surface of the outer ring can be adjusted to the raceway without play using the eccentric. This results in an optimal form fit between the roller and the raceway. In addition, coarser manufacturing tolerances are possible on the adjacent construction. In addition, the load distribution is more even when using several rollers. This row has wrench flats on either side of the roller stud to hold it in place during installation. Journal rollers ZL2 and ZL52 have lip seals on the journal side and the suffix DRS. The opposite side can be sealed with the enclosed plastic cover. The KR52 series is sealed on both sides with lip seals and has the suffix 2RS. Journal rollers ZLE52 have cover discs on both sides and the suffix 2Z. Lubrication of the pivot rollers: the pivot rollers are greased with a lithium-soap grease according to GA13; ZLE52 can be lubricated via the roller pivot. In our ball bearing shop you can buy pivot rollers from the premium manufacturer INA.
