Clamping housing loose

Flange bearing housings are suitable for installing self-aligning ball bearings, spherical roller bearings and spherical roller bearings with a tapered bore, which are fastened to the shaft with adapter sleeves. The housing is closed on one side (version A) or ? for continuous shaft ? open on both sides (version B). Felt strips are provided for sealing. Felt seals allow the shaft to be misaligned by 0.5° on both sides. The housings are designed as floating bearing housings. Fixed bearings are obtained by inserting locating rings. The required number of rings is given in the tables. Two rings are inserted on either side of the bearing, a single ring on the collet nut side. Locating rings must be ordered separately. Gray cast iron is used as the housing material.
