Locking plates + Nuts

Nuts come in many different variations, such as slotted nuts. Bearings are fixed to shafts or adapter sleeves with locknuts. At the same time, they facilitate the mounting of bearings with a tapered shaft seat and the mounting and dismounting of bearings on withdrawal sleeves. The slotted nuts are made of steel, the tensile strength of the material is at least 350 N/mm2. They have four or eight evenly distributed grooves on which hook or impact wrenches can be attached. Slotted nuts of the HM30..-H and HM31..-H series with threaded holes for mounting screws are available on request. Precision locknuts are described in the Bearings for screw drives chapter. There are also shaft nuts. HMZ shaft nuts enable precise and secure axial mounting of bearings on cylindrical and tapered shafts or on adapter sleeves. The shaft nuts are made of steel, the tensile strength is at least 350 N/mm2. HMZ nuts are interchangeable with conventional slotted nuts HM and KM. However, they are not secured by metal sheets or brackets, but by frictional locking. Four or eight axial clamping screws enable even clamping around the circumference. For screwing onto the shaft thread, there are four or eight threaded holes on the circumference of the nut, into which the supplied threaded rod is screwed. There are no grooves on the outer diameter of the nut, nor are there any locking elements. Because the shaft does not have a retaining groove, it has greater strength and is cheaper to manufacture. HMZ shaft nuts are described in TPI WL 91-8. In addition to locking plates, our range includes the following items: AM100, AM30, HM-3048, HM3164, KM-19, KM-31, KM28, KM-34, KMK-12, ZM80 etc.
