Radial angular contact ball bearings

Radial angular contact ball bearings are self-retaining units with solid outer and inner rings and ball and cage assemblies with polyamide, sheet metal or brass cages. In the case of single-row radial ball bearings, the raceways are arranged in such a way that the forces are transferred from one raceway to the other at a certain contact angle (oblique to the radial plane). The axial load capacity increases as the contact angle increases. Due to the high contact angle, single-row radial ball bearings are better suited to absorbing larger axial forces acting on one side than deep groove ball bearings. Single-row radial ball bearings can be loaded radially and axially on one side. They are hired against a second camp that takes over the counter management. Open, single-row bearings can be used at operating temperatures from -30°C to +150°C. Bearings with a diameter D > 240 mm are dimensionally stable up to +200°C. Angular contact ball bearings with cages made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide are suitable for operating temperatures up to +120°C, limited by the cage material! Bearings with seals are suitable from -30°C to +110°C limited by the lubricant and the seal material. The structure of double-row radial ball bearings corresponds to a pair of single-row radial angular contact ball bearings in a 0 arrangement. The tips of the cones formed by the spherical pressure lines point outwards. Double-row bearings absorb high radial forces and axial forces on both sides and are particularly suitable for rigid axial guides. Depending on the series, the bearings are designed with or without a filling slot. Open, double-row angular contact ball bearings can be used at operating temperatures from -30°C to +150°C. Radial ball bearings with cages made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide are suitable for operating temperatures up to +120°C, limited by the cage material! Bearings with the suffix 2RSR are suitable up to +110°C, limited by the lubricant and the sealing material.
